Job Description
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates;
• Collaborate with the leadership in developing strategies and improving current workflows for acquiring new talent;
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks;
• Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process;
• Understand current and future needs of the team.
